Does a listing tell you what floor the apartment is on?
Usually not. Most rental ads in Metro Vancouver leave out the floor and which way the unit faces, even in buildings where those two things decide whether you look at a park or at the tower next door. We read the whole ad and flag what is missing so you know what to ask.

Plenty of them never reach the big rental portals. Owner-listed units in Vancouver show up on Craigslist and Facebook groups first, and on the aggregators later if at all. We watch the places most renters forget to check.
